Ingredients
3 oz Best Choice Cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp Best Choice 2% Milk
1 tube (8 oz) Best Choice Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
5 strips Best Choice Hickory Smoked Bacon Classic Cut, cooked and finely chopped
Method
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, onion, and milk until blended.
On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent dough into 1 long rectangle, and press perforations together to seal.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent dough rectangle.
Sprinkle the bacon over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up the dough jelly-roll style, starting with a long side and pinch seam at the end to seal.
Using a serrated knife, cut the roll crosswise into twenty-four 1/2-inch slices.
Place the pinwheels on ungreased baking sheets, cut side down.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy and refrigerate the leftovers.
