Ingredients

<p>1 bag Best Choice Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips</p> <p>2 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Coconut Oil</p> <p>1 bag Best Choice Waffle Pretzels</p> <p>1 bag Best Choice Marshmallows</p> <p>1/4 cup Best Choice Creamy Peanut Butter</p> <p>1/2 to 3/4 cup Best Choice Graham Cracker Crumbs</p>

Method

Fall nights call for s’mores—no campfire required! These bite-sized treats layer sweet Best Choice Marshmallows, rich Best Choice Chocolate Chips, and crunchy Best Choice Waffle Pretzels for a cozy twist on a classic. Our S’mores Bites are perfect for sharing at fall gatherings or enjoying with a warm mug of cocoa.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Arrange 48 pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheets.
  4. *Leave about 1 1/2 inches between each pretzel so the marshmallows can expand.
  5. Cut each marshmallow in half around the middle and place one half on each pretzel.
  6. Place the baking sheets in the oven and bake until the marshmallows have melted a little and are just barely beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the sheets from the oven and let the marshmallows cool for about 3 minutes.
  8. Place a 1/4 tsp of peanut butter in the center of each marshmallow.
  9. Then, gently press a second pretzel on top of the peanut butter to create a pretzel-marshmallow sandwich and set aside for later.
  10. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl.
  11. Then, place the bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure that the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl.
  12. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring occasionally.
  13. Once the chocolate has almost melted, remove the pan from the heat and continue stirring to melt the chocolate completely.
  14. Remove the chocolate from the pan of simmering water.
  15. Working quickly, dip half of each s’mores bite into the melted chocolate.
  16. Place the s’mores bite back on the baking sheet.
  17. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with the graham cracker crumbs.
  18. Repeat for remaining bites.
  19. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
